General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 1xbad platform and all its services. By visiting the 1xbad website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using 1xbad's services. These Terms are drawn up in accordance with the laws and regulations of Bangladesh and may be updated at any time.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

To create an account and use services on 1xbad, users must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. Access to this platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 21.
• You must be located in a country or region where the use of online gaming and betting services is legally permitted.
• You may only have one active account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You are creating the account on your own behalf — managing an account on behalf of a third party is not permitted.

Account Registration & Security

When registering on 1xbad, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false information may result in immediate account termination.

3.1 Registration Requirements

• Only one account per user is permitted.
• A phone number or email address may only be linked to one account.
• Once registration is complete, account ownership cannot be transferred to another person.

3.2 Account Security

• Keep your username and password completely confidential. Never share this information with any third party.
• The responsibility for keeping your account secure rests entirely with you. Report any unauthorized access to the 1xbad support team immediately.
• Our SSL encryption technology keeps your information secure; however, 1xbad bears no responsibility for any loss resulting from sharing your password.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

1xbad may request identity verification at any time for security purposes. A copy of a national identity card or passport may be required. Withdrawal processing may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Financial transactions on 1xbad are fully secure and are processed through mobile banking payment methods.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• The deposit must be sent from the user's own mobile banking account.
• Deposits made from third-party accounts will be rejected and the associated account may be subject to review.
• Deposits can also be made via Rocket, Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile banking account used for the deposit.
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.
• If account verification is ongoing at the time of a withdrawal request, a temporary delay may occur.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

1xbad provides various bonuses and promotional offers for its users. Each offer is subject to specific terms and conditions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 as a bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳22,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

• Welcome bonus wagering requirement: 25 times the bonus amount.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.
• Example: If you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳25,000 in bets before withdrawing bonus winnings.
• Before the wagering requirement is met, the deposit portion is withdrawable, but the bonus portion is not.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer may only be used once per eligible account.
• 1xbad reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through fraudulent means may result in account termination.
• In any dispute related to bonuses, 1xbad's decision will be considered final.

Betting & Gaming Rules

Specific rules apply to each game and betting section on 1xbad. All games are operated on the basis of fair play principles.

6.1 Sports Betting

• Any decision related to betting will be determined based on the applicable official results.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error or malfunction, the amount of that bet will be returned to the user's account.
• Live betting during a match or event is available, however markets may change.
• 1xbad has full control over changes to betting markets and odds.

6.2 Casino Games

• All casino games are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
• If a game session is interrupted by a technical issue, 1xbad will review that session and take appropriate action.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final and the live stream footage will be used as the verification record.

6.3 Gaming Limits

Each game on 1xbad has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game interface. For large wins, 1xbad reserves the right to conduct additional verification.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1xbad platform, and if any such activity is detected, the account will be immediately terminated:

• Registering by providing false information.

• Any type of fraudulent activity or use of prohibited software.

1xbad's VIP program has five tiers. You can advance to higher tiers through regular play, and each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit.

• Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.7%
• Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 1.0%
• Diamond — Weekly cashback up to 1.2%

VIP cashback is automatically credited to your account each week. The final decision on cashback payments remains at 1xbad's discretion. The volume and consistency of betting activity are taken into account when determining VIP tier.

Limitation of Liability

1xbad is not liable for the following:

• Game session interruptions caused by internet connection issues.
• System errors from third-party game providers.
• User device or software issues.
• Losses resulting from a user sharing their account credentials.
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, and similar circumstances.

For any technical issue, 1xbad endeavours to resolve it as quickly as possible, and affected users are duly compensated.

Changes to Terms
